2019 OUTLOOK
"Moving up to 3A is a great challenge and opportunity for us. Our main focus is controlling what we can and getting better each day, preparing for another successful run late in the season. We again have a young team but with a lot of experience that will help us through the tough times of a season. Our guys come out every night and work hard, prepare to be the best we can be in all areas of the game. We play a very tough schedule which this year includes Indianola, Saydel, and Johnston as new teams we have added. We also play in a tough conference that could be won by any of the teams on any given year, which prepares us for the postseason as well. I'm excited to see the growth physically of this group, but see how mentally tough they are after winning a state title last season. This could be another great season and we are looking forward to every challenge." Head Coach Ryan Hodges
