Head Coach Troy Rood, "Our team is looking to make a huge rebound. We have been down the last 3 years since our 2011 state runner up finish. We really think that a veteran group of seniors will combine with a talented sophomore class to lead our resurgence in the CIML. We have 2 senior pitchers who have pitched varsity since their freshmen season (Platts and Schneider); we have a senior catcher (Hemmen) who has caught varsity since his freshmen year, and our leading hitter the last 2 years (Adam Douglas) has been in our line up since his freshmen year. This group combines with a sophomore class who has been very successful since their 8th grade year at the high school level."
