Summer Uncommitted Spotlight: Kendall Jackson

Uncommitted. An exciting player to watch over the course of the high school season going into summer. High expectations from the first team all-state outfielder. 5-foot-10, 165-pound frame with speed and quickness throughout the profile. Runs a 6.5 sixty yard dash, and showed deep range in center-field, his outfield velocity creeped up to 83 at our South Georgia ID showcase at Georgia Southern in mid-July. An excellent lead-off hitter, always finds ways on base and has the speed to be a threat from first base. Simple swing mechanics, slide-step load with hands held up around his ears and displays an all-fields approach with power. Generates carry and back spin on fly balls to all parts of the yard. A player that produces and consistently has quality at-bats with an advanced feel in the box.

Uncommitted. Quick, electric 5-foot-10, 165-pound frame with tons of tools on display. Mid to low 90 exit velo’s during BP, pull-side to middle approach but has shown opposite field juice and pop in the barrel. Wide stance with minimal toe-tap load and upper body torque. Moderate arm strength showing 83 velo from the OF. Showcased a 6.5 - 60 yard dash and a 1.6 - 10 yard time.
