Uncommitted. One of the more consistent performers on the mound over the course of the summer circuit. The athletic RHP at 6-foot, 170 pounds deploys an effortless two-pitch operation on the mound. The FB sits 81-85 with arm-side run, velocity should continue to add. The CB has a chance to be a separator and is shown in the upper 60’s creating depth with the ability to add or subtract sweep. The junior has complete confidence in both pitches, filling the zone up and painting quadrants with ease. One of his best performances of the summer came early in June where the righty came out of the pen firing on all cylinders, delivering a final stat line of a  K/BB ratio of 8/1 over 4.2 innings of no-hit ball. Cruised to a .177 opponent batting average against, over the summer season. Anarumo will be a name to monitor as he is poised for a breakout year at Holy Innocents this spring.

Uncommitted. What an outing in relief from Anarumo on the first night of Showdown at Lakepoint. The righty came in out of the pen and dominated sitting batters down left and right. Anarumo had the fastball and curveball combination working all night. With the fastball sitting 80-84 topping at 85 with heavy arm-side-run. Adding in the curve at 66-69 with tight late break, with horizontal movement and the ability to add and subtract sweep. Finishing with a final line of 4.2 innings pitched with 8 k’s to 1 walk, with no hits. The right handed pitcher will be an intriguing name to watch over the summer.
