Florida 2027 Rankings: Post-Summer Update

Our third and final Post-Summer Rankings Update takes place this week with the 2027 class. Entering their sophomore year of high school, the 2027s have a big twelve months ahead of them as they look to get on the radar of college coaches before August 1, 2025.
Lets take a look at our updated 2027 state rankings.
Top 5 Analysis
The top of the class remains SS/RHP Chase Fuller (Lincoln, FSU). Very physical and athletic with true two-way talent. 6-foot-2, 205 pounds. Juice to all fields with bat speed and power potential. Has been up to 93 on the mound as well.

At #2 is LHP Rylan McMahan (Clay, Florida). Southpaw is a lean, lanky 6-foot-1, 160 pounds. Fastball up to 92 with more jumps to project with added strength. Sharp slider at times that has been up to 2600 rpm. Lots of projection.

Moving up to #3 is RHP/1B Samir Mohammed (Jesuit). Very physical right-hander at 6-foot-5, 230 pounds. Strike thrower with the fastball up to 94. Slider generates swing and miss. Power bat from the right side but more projection on the mound.

At #4 is RHP Landon Green (A3 Academy). 6-foot-1, 175 pounds with room to get stronger. Green has one of the best fastballs in the 2027 class up to 95 with plenty of life. Sharp swing and miss slider. Green continues to make jumps as a pitcher.

SS Graham Houston (Venice) rounds out the top 5. Houston has been a big riser in this class. 5-foot-11, 165 pounds with room to add strength. Switch hitter with a smooth line drive path from both sides. Above average defender at short with range and arm strength.
