Top 5 Analysis
A big summer pushed RHP Aaron Watson (Trinity Christian Academy, Virginia) to the number one spot in the state of Florida. A 6-foot-5, 205-pound right-hander who runs his fastball up to 95. He will hold down the top spot heading into the new year.
IMG Academy outfielders Dean Moss (LSU) and Sean Gamble (Vanderbilt) remain at #2 and #3 and premier left-handed bats in this class. They should be the staples in IMG’s lineup this spring and bring a lot of attention from scouts to their games.
OF Dylan Dubovik (American Heritage, Miami) makes his first appearance in the top 5 as he has continued to make jumps physically. 6-foot-4, 210 pounds. Long levers and can drive the ball to all fields. Very toolsy with a lot of projection.
Rounding out the top 5 is 3B Nic Partridge (Mulberry, Florida). Partridge has started to fill out his frame and the hit and power tools have ticked up. Bat speed is above average and he still has room to add strength and increase his power potential even more.

Risers
SS Colton Schwarz (Jupiter, Florida) is one of the biggest risers in the 2025 class. 6-foot, 185 lbs with a physical build. Big fall for Schwarz including a dominant performance at the 2024 Prep Baseball Cup at LakePoint. Schwarz heads into 2025 looking to continue his momentum.
SS Zahir Barjam (P27 Academy, West Virginia) had a big 2025. Physical middle infielder tore up the summer circuit and earned an invite to the Senior Future Games where he had a standout performance. Barjam recently committed to West Virginia and will now be playing at P27 Academy in South Carolina for his senior season.
RHP Michael Ragusa (Cardinal Gibbons, NC State) came into 2024 under the radar but really made a name for himself this fall. Ragusa was up to 94 at the Florida Senior State Games in September and also had a strong showing at the 2024 Florida Diamond Club. Ragusa has since committed to NC State and will look to stay on scout’s radar heading into 2025.
