Matt Adams threw a no hitter against previously undefeated Northeast HS. 7 IP, 0 runs, 0 hits, 4 K's, 2 BB. 80-83 mph FB, 64-68 mph CR, 72-73 CH. Was also 2-3 at the plate.
The First Academy
Chadwick Word had 17 K’s in a 1-hit shutout of Montgomery Bell Academy.
Forest High School
Kirby McMullen worked 7 innings without allowing an earned run and striking out 10 in a win over Belleview High School. On the season McMullen is 3-1 with a .79 ERA. Phillip Felicien went 8-11 on the week driving in 6. On the year he is hitting .404 with 3 HRs and 25 RBIs.
Trinity Prep
Playing in the FCSL Classic last week Ryan Olenek went 7-13 with 2 RBIs and 2 runs scored.
Pasco High School
Sophomore Corey Mills is hitting .417 on the year with 3 HRs and 15 RBIs. Tyree Austin is hitting .463 with 19 hits, 13 runs scored, and 8 stolen bases.
Lakewood High School
Donovan Pink went 3-3 with a walk and 2 2Bs in a loss to Boca Ciega 6-5.
Sarasota High School
Jordan Gubelman threw a 5 inning perfect game in an 11-0 victory striking out 7.
