McCarthy, a Virginia commit, moves into the Top 10 following a WWBA 17U All-Tournament performance. The 6-foot-2, 185-pound prospect went 5-for-14 with a home run and three RBI on the week. McCarthy's brother Joe was recently selected ACC Freshman of the Year after hitting .333 for Virginia this spring.

Dum also impressed with his glove work and solid arm at 3B.
