This spring we will be highlighting players throughout the state with Uncommitted Spotlights. We will highlight one 2022, 2023, and 2024 player each week looking for a school to call home. The state of Florida is full of uncommitted players who have the talent to play at the next level. These players deserve as much exposure as they can get in order to help them find the right home.

Today, we will highlight 2023 Joshua Quezada. Josh is a 5-foot-10, 160 pound middle infielder from McKeel Academy in Lakeland, FL. Outside of high school, he plays travel ball with Wow Factor Baseball. Quezada stood out this Winter at our Orlando ID. He looks to have added physicality to his frame and helped his overall tools. Finds barrel offensively with a smooth swing from the left side. Some power potential with the ability to drive gap to gap. Quick hands defensively with more arm strength to come.
