Scouting Report: Vanderbilt recruit. Currently ranked No. 8 in the Florida 2017 Class, No. 17 overall. Stands at 6-foot-4, 214 pounds with a strong, solid, athletic frame. Throws out of the ¾ slot with short, quick arm action that creates some deception as the ball jumps out of his hand. He works downhill with the fastball that sits 90-92 mph, touching 93 with life and control of the outside corners of the plate. Throws a curveball with good depth and a 1/7 break that ranges from 74-76 mph. Has good mound presence and knows how to pitch.
