Super 60 Spotlight: Isaac Williams

On Sunday, Feb. 6, Prep Baseball Report will host the 20th edition of its prestigious, flagship event: the Super 60 Pro Showcase. Since the event’s inception in 2003, more than 300 players have been selected in the MLB Draft, including 25 first-round picks and 26 second-rounders.
We've started our march toward the Super 60 by highlighting the prospects set to join us, shining a light on their impressive player profiles that they've groomed through their high school careers, leading them to this point, vying for the attention of the pro scouting community.
Scouting Report
Jacksonville Commit, 6-foot-2, 205-pound athletic physical frame. Solid projectable on the mound, showed quick arm speed, also used a ¾ arm angle with a loose arm action. Up-tempo type pitcher and uses decent effort. Showed tall balance point and even shoulders. Lands square with balanced finish. Produced a fastball that came in at 91-93 mph with a max of 94 mph; has command in the zone and hard running action with heavy movement. (Max spin 2674; Avg 2540). He shows fading action and command around the zone on his sharp changeup (82-82). His tight slider (79-82) showed slurvey swing and miss action and down in the zone command. (Max spin 2577; Avg 2423).

Tall balance point with even shoulders. Lands square with an upright finish. Threw his fastball 88-90 mph with a max of 91 mph; shows command in the zone and running action. Threw his 10/4 curveball (78-80) with swing and miss action and in the zone control. Has a heavy changeup (80-83) that shows arm side command and fading action.
