Danny San Pedro. The athletic right hander returns after tying for the team lead in wins in 2017 with 8 and lead the team in ERA with a 0.73. He struck out 76 in 57.2 innings while only walking 13. A true ace with experience leads the way for the Explorers.

OUTLOOK
A talented team in 2017 who only lost 3 games, will returns a lot of young talent in 2018. Led on the mound by their ace Danny San Pedro, who went 8-1 with a 0.73 ERA while striking out 76 and nly walking 13 in 2017, they also have a strong group of young arms. Offensively, they will be led by Matthew Alofono who batted .309 in 2017 and power hitting first baseman E.J. Doskow who batted .274 with a home run and 14 RBIs.  They will also look to a young, talented freshman in Alex Ulloa to help bolster their lineup in 2017. A talented group, with experience, comes in at No 10 in the Preseason Power25.
