Park Vista Holds On and Walks Off Over Wellington

Doug Freeman
Florida Executive Director

The Senior Florida commit,  Fisher Jameson, got the start for Park Vista's first game of the year against Wellington. Jameson, who was a big riser in the fall, looks like he could continue to rise this spring. He sat mostly 90-92 touching 93 mph with a fastball that had big downhill plane with life through the zone. He also showed a curveball,  slider and changeup, with the curveball showing above average most  of the times. He would go four innings allowing two runs, one earned, on four hits while striking out five and walking two, but ultimately earning the no decision.
