Several top prospects have made commitments in the last couple weeks, starting with OF Austin Hendrick (West Allegheny HS, PA). The No. 1 player in Pennsylvania’s 2020 class, Hendrick committed to Mississippi State. He has shown athleticism and advanced power from the left side of the plate.

Vanderbilt raided Florida recently, picking up three top 20 prospects in the state. 2020 1B Gavin Casas (American Heritage HS, FL), the younger brother of 2018 1B Triston Casas, made his verbal pledge to the Commodores. He is ranked No. 20 in the 2020 class. Joining him were teammates 2020 OF Enrique Bradfield Jr. (American Heritage HS, FL), the No. 15 prospect, and 2021 LHP/OF Devin Futrell (American Heritage HS, FL), who is ranked No. 7 in the 2021 class.
