Florida Dodgers Scout Team held their Dodger Day Showcase this past weekend at Flagler College in St. Augustine, FL. Over 30 uncommitted prospects participated in a showcase that included 60 yard dash, in/out, batting practice and bullpen sessions. Prep Baseball Report was on-hand to capture all the action.

A number of intriguing young prospects emerged as follows moving forward, none more so than 2022 OF/RHP Jordan Taylor. Taylor posted the top 60 time (6.84) and outfield velocity (86 mph) on the day and looks only to be scratching the surface of his offensive abilities. 2021 SS/RHP Connor Moore has all the makings of a future high-level defender up the middle as he posted the top infield velocity (84 mph). He showed quick, instinctive actions and more than enough arm strength to play. 2020 3B Tate Worrell was another standout. Worrell was impressive defensively, consistently making plays with soft hands and an accurate arm.

Keep reading to view video and reports on the aforementioned propsects plus more.
