Frank Menendez - The junior southpaw will be huge for the Firebirds in 2022. Boasts a mid 90's fastball and will help lead Doral on the mound is 2022.

OUTLOOK

Doral Academy produces talent each year from every high school class and 2022 is no different. Their senior class features RHP Jake Gorelick (Stetson) who will be the ace of the staff and 3B Jake Santos. Their junior class features their starting middle infield in Adrian Santana (Miami) and Pedro Acosta, as well as left hander Frank Menendez (Florida) and catcher Justin Ruiz (High Point). The Sophomore class features OF Sebastian Berrios (FIU), and freshman class features OF/LHP Michael Torres (Miami). Doral has a lot of talent top to bottom and should be able to compete with the best of them.
