The fifth annual PBR TN/KY Border Battle took place on October 2nd-3rd at the University of Tennessee's Lindsey Nelson Stadium. The premier fall invite only event features the top sophomore and junior prospects from Tennessee and Kentucky, both showcasing their skills and competing for state bragging rights. The event has become a staple in recruiting as we've had over one hundred college commits from this event in the previous years.

This year, we hosted just under 60 prospects from the two respective states, as they completed a pro style workout, gathering Trackman and Blast data, then each class competed in two games.  During the 2023 gameplay, we saw plenty of offense as the teams combined for 32 runs in game one and followed it up with 19 in game two as Kentucky swept the 2023 series.  On day two, Kentucky 2024s dominated game one by a score of 13-1 and lead 6-1 after game two was halted in the second frame due to ongoing rain in the area.  There were plenty of high caliber arms as we saw 17 pitchers top 85+ over the weekend and 37 position players topped 90+ exit velo on Trackman during BP.  Below we have the complete statistical results from the event as well as the top performers across various different categories.
