Colorado State Games: Preview

On August 6th-7th, the Prep Baseball Colorado staff will travel to Metro State - Denver to host this year's Colorado State Games with around 120 prospects in attendance. This event is open to all players in the 2028-2025 grad classes and will involve a pro-style workout in front of our scouting staff, along with multiple games. Players in attendance will gather unrivaled measurables through the help of our state-of-the-art tech partners like TrackMan, Swift, and more.

TOP PLAYERS IN COLORADO
We're inviting the top players in Colorado, spanning grad classes 2025-2028. Our mission is to bring the highest level talent in the state to one location for this two-day event. Rosters and teams will be composed of players from each grad class, setting the table to see who are, pound-for-pound, the state's top prospects.
TWO-DAY EVENT
All position players will showcase their talents in a pro-style workout in the morning of day one of the event, Tuesday, August 6. Following the workout, players will branch off into teams (selected by the Prep Baseball staff) and begin gameplay. The following day, we will finish up the event with games for a total of two guaranteed games between the two days. Lineups, pitching rotations and rosters will be constructed by Prep Baseball staff.

Tuesday, August 6
8:45-9:00 AM - Position Player Check-in
9:30 AM- 1:30 PM - Position Player Workout
Please check the ROSTER tab for your team designation.
2:30 PM: Game 1 - Team 1 vs Team 2
5:00 PM: Game 2 - Team 3 vs Team 4
Notes:
*Position Players on Team 5 and 6 are free to leave after their defensive evaluation on Tuesday. Position Players on Teams 3 and 4 may leave to get lunch but must return by 4:00 PM
*Position Players on Team 1 and Team 2 should bring lunch/snacks.
*Pitcher onlys need to check in one hour before their schedule game time.
* Pitcher onlys will throw on Wednesday (day 2 unless otherwise requested). We can be flexible with this by request, including day of.
Wednesday, August 7
Players should arrive 45 mins before their scheduled game time.
9:30 AM: Game 3 - Team 5 vs Team 6
12:00 PM: Game 4 - Team 5 vs Team 1
2:30 PM: Game 5 - Team 6 vs Team 4
5:00 PM: Game 6 - Team 2 vs Team 3
