Q&A with '24, Tate Gargasz

The right-handed pitcher from Palmer Ridge and Team Colorado Braves talked with the PBR Colorado staff about what he is excited from this baseball season and what his goals are for the future. He also gives us an update on how the recruiting process has been up until now. 

Tate also explains who had the biggest impact on his baseball career and what he his experience with PBR has been like.

 

 

Q&A with Tate Gargasz

Q: What has the recruiting process been like for you?

Gargasz: The recruiting process has been great for me so far, I have been in contact with a few schools and I am very excited to see what the future holds.

Q: Who has had the biggest impact on your baseball career?

Gargasz: My parents have been the biggest impact on my baseball career. They have been very supportive and have helped me to get closer to my goal of playing college baseball.

Q: What are you most excited about for the ’22 baseball season?

Gargasz: I’m most excited to showcase all of the work I’ve been putting in this offseason and compete against some of the top players in the state and the country.

Q: What goals do you have for the upcoming season and future?

Gargasz: My goals for the upcoming season are to throw 90 mph off the mound, have a batting average of .350 or above, and my goal for the future is to play high level college baseball.

Q:  In regard to PBR what have you found to be the most beneficial to you?

Gargasz: PBR has helped me get recognition through social media of how I have performed at their showcases and events.

Q: Lastly, out of all the PBR events you have attended in your career, what has PBR meant to you during your time playing baseball in Colorado?

Gargasz: My favorite PBR event I have attended was the Junior Future Games in Georgia. I was honored to be able to represent Colorado on a national stage and compete against some of the nation’s best.
