Neil Devlin From the Colorado Dugout: Interview with Uncommitted 2019 Collin Kringlin of Holy Family
March 12, 2018
His first love was football. But at 7 years old, Collin Kringlen said he “was too short and skinny.”
Funny how these things work out – Kringlen continued to pass on football as well as basketball and got heavily into baseball … and he has shot up to 6-foot-5, 195 pounds. So when the Holy Family in Broomfield right-hander, now a junior, takes a regular turn on the mound this season, it may not just look like he’s all arms and legs coming right at the hitter, but he actually is.
Speaking at the recent Prep Baseball Report-Colorado Preseason All-State event at Grandview in Aurora, Kringlen, originally from Oklahoma, talked a bit about his targets for 2018.
