He’s on a roll. He’s young, into just his second year of high school. He has gotten straight A’s for more than a year, about the same time that he has grown about 5 inches and gained 45-to-50 pounds. And he’s practicing the game he loves and trying to get better.
So what else is there for Brady Renck?
The Longmont sophomore wants to earn a starting varsity spot in the Trojans infield and play with – and behind – older brother Dagin.
And the younger Renck, one of the dozens of competitors in last Sunday’s Prep Baseball Report Colorado Underclass Invitational for the 2019 and 2020 groups, doesn’t care who knows it.
It can be good to have goals.
