On Sunday, February 19th, the PBR Colorado crew was back at it again for the Denver Preseason ID hosted at the Marucci Clubhouse - Denver. The event featured players from the 2023-2026 grad classes. Let's look at some noticeable performers from the 80+ player workout below.

Wyatt Rudden RHP / OF / Cherry Creek, CO / 2025The 6-foot, 155-pound pitcher topped at 90 mph with his fastball, averaging 88-89. His slider was 71-73 mph with 2600+ RPM. He is a high follow in the 25 class with his athleticism and projection.

Connor Brennan LHP / 1B / Eaglecrest, CO / 2025The 6-foot-1, 165-pound 2-way was 83-84 with his fastball with command of his curveball and change-up. He moved well defensively and showed a simple and compact swing. He projects on the mound and will be fun to follow as he matures and develops.

Ethan Wachsmann RHP / OF / Grandview, CO / 2026The 5-foot-11, 155-pound 2-way showed well on the mound. He is loose, athletic, and filled the zone with all three pitches. His fastball was 81-83 mph, with the slider at 71-73 mph, with 2600+ spin. With continued development and maturity, he should be an excellent follow as he moves through his high school career.

Adam Smith SS / RHP / Rock Canyon, CO / 2024The 5-foot-11, 175-pound infielder has athletic feet, good hands, and smooth actions. He shows the ability to stay in the middle of the field.
