Uncommitted Spotlight: '24 RHP Adrian Nunez

Steven Hardesty

The Uncommitted Spotlight Series continues as we wind down the '23 calendar and look towards the start of the '24 CIF High School baseball season by taking a look at some of the top uncommitted class of '24 athletes. This group of players is pulled directly from our '24 Rankings. They remain as the top players left on the board going into the start of their senior seasons.

We invite you to get to know them through their data-backed numbers collected at our events with our partnered companies. TrackMan, Blast Motion, Swift Performance, and Visual Edge provide comparable data to project and evaluate players. All of these systems come together to give a clear picture at what colleges will get when a players steps onto their campus.

Today, we put the spotlight on '24 RHP Adrian Nunez out of J Serra Catholic from the Trinity League. Previously committed to Long Beach State Nunez reopened his recruiting this past summer after the Dirtbags coaching change. Physically well built at 6'4 210 lbs. with a relatively low effort delivery and a clean repeatable arm stroke. The stuff is solid across the board with FB velocity into the mid 80's and a sharp breaking CB that reaches 76 MPH with tight spin. An intriguing profile with the frame, delivery, arm action and potential Nunez will be a good land for a program looking for arms in the '24 class.

College coaches and fans be sure to click on Nunez's profile to see full statistics.
