LOS ANGELES, CALIF. - From Wednesday, July 24, through Sunday, July 28, Prep Baseball hosted the latest edition of its prestigious Future Games and Junior Future Games at LakePoint Sports Complex in Emerson, GA., featuring the country's best uncommitted talent.
And for the first time ever, the Future Games hosted not just its typical set of incoming juniors and freshmen, but also a 17U division of uncommitted Class of 2025 players who participated in the inaugural Senior Future Games.
On the first day of the 2024 Future Games, all players representing the 2025, 2026, and 2028 grad classes participated in a pro-style workout in front of a fleet of Division I coaches - over 425 in total - alongside fellow prospects representing nearly every state in the nation.
Today, we continue spotlighting the uncommitted talent who made up Team California at the 2024 Future Games. Next, we take a look at '26 RHP Jensen Hirschkorn of Kingsburg HS. A towering 6'7 righthander with a long limbed projectable frame that shows an easy operation to his delivery and a fast arm. Running his FB up to 91-92 MPH early in his outing before settling in at 87-88 MPH later while mixing in his CB/CHG combo Hirschkorn gave a glimpse of his potential on the Future Games stage at LakePoint.

Scouting Report
Jensen Hirschkorn, Kingsburg (CA), 2026
Positional Profile: RHP/SS Starter profile RHP who has present stuff with upside that features a high ceiling
Body: 6-7, 195-pounds. Imposing frame with length and some present strength to it while maintaining room to add
Delivery: Easy mover who features body control with athleticism to his operation. Knee lift comes to around belt height with small hand movement to sync up. Moves down the mound with some drive off back leg before reaching foot strike. Blocks his lead leg well allowing him to generally stay online through delivery with body with some glove side pull but let his arm work cleanly.
Arm Action: RH. Works from a more traditional 3/4 slot with a smaller arm circle in the back with whippy arm speed through the zone that generates life to his pitches. Occasionally will lose his release point with longer levers and arm speed he generates.
FB: Shows a true 4 seam FB which he can ride at the top of the zone or pitch down and to both sides of the plate. Does get arm side run on it when working to that half of plate.
CB: CB shows potential with tight break and some swing/miss potential life to it. Shape varied at times as he didn't have best feel for the pitch in outing. But, you can see the potential for the pitch when executed.
CH: Thrown sparingly during outing with more of a straight CHG feel which plays to his FB tunnel giving it potential as he polishes his feel feel for the pitch
