SoCal Player of the Week: Logan Reddemann

LOS ANGELES, CALIF. - With the CIF-Southern Section well underway we have been privy to several standout performances in the early goings of the season. Because of the amount of standout performances around the region choosing one player for the weekly honor was quite difficult.  

Congratulations are in order for Senior Logan Reddemann out of Quartz Hill HS as he has been awarded the SoCal Player of the Week for the week of March 5th - March 11th, 2023. 

Reddemann, a two-way player for the Royals and a USD baseball commit, had a huge two-way week where the Royals swept the week winning all 3 of their games. At the plate through the 3 games he was 7-for-10 which included 3 doubles. On the mound he threw a 5 inning perfect game where he struck out 11 in a mercy rule win. Through 19 innings so far this season he has not allowed a walk, allowed just 1ER and has K’d 17. One of our area scouts saw him in a dominant start earlier this season (video-below). He works at an ultra fast pace and comes at hitters aggressively with a low 90s FB and a sharp low 80s SL that generates a lot of chase/whiff. Reddeman is also quite the athletic SS when he’s not on the mound who can really swing it from both sides of the plate.
