Norcal Player of the Week: Nick Vogt

2019 OF Nick Vogt (Davis HS, UC Santa Barbara signee) has been named the Prep Baseball Report Northern California Player of the Week for April 1-7. His team went 4-0 for the week, won 5 games in 6 days going back even further and Vogt has been the offensive catalyst like few others in the 2019 class.

The Davis Blue Devils have been on an offensive tear recently, scoring 10+ runs in six of their last seven games. As it usually is, the team hot streak has coincided with their best player getting hot... scorching 'Mike Trout' type hot. Not included in the following lines for Vogt are is his grand slam in the 3/29 game. Not specifically noted in the lines below, on 4/2/19 Davis defeated Elk Grove 19-17 in a game that ended on a Vogt walk-off homer (which you can see in the videos in his profile).
