6-foot-3, 175 pounds, long athletic build with some physical projection remaining. Chriss gained my attention immediately. He’s having a fantastic summer. In 29 innings, 1.21 ERA, with 29 strikeouts and only seven walks. Throws from three-quarters slot with short arm action in his delivery. Has a simple and effortless delivery, repeats well. Does a great job of hiding the ball, creating deception to the hitters. Started the game a little slow, but once he settled down he showed off his stuff. Fastball sat 87-90 mph with late arm side run. Pounded the zone with his fastball and had very good command of it. One walk...
