Each summer a new class of MLB Draft hopefuls grabs the reins as the focus shifts to the latest group of prospects. Shifting its focus to a new group of rising seniors, the professional scouting community gets set to receive a new group of budding prospects. Although PBR’s 2024 Top 500 outlines the class with three year’s worth of scouting, the list is an ever evolving analysis, and the summer will likely yield new faces and impressive advancements.
