TEAM OUTLOOK
The lone committed prospect on this squad, ‘24 DJ Kerr has been a big piece for the Lions early on into the season. Across his three starts of the year, he has recorded a 1-1 record, but has held opponents to just a 1.31 ERA, too. ‘25 Luke Waddell has been the main contributor offensively, as he has recorded a .346 batting average which has included a pair of triples, and also has driven in four. ‘25 Sawyer Franzen has also been off to a hot start this season, hitting to a tune of .450 while also leading the team with eight RBIs.
Coach Kyle Owsley’s Expectations: “To compete for a league championship and pursue another deep playoff run with a young and determined team.”
