TEAM OUTLOOK
Off to a 4-2 record this season, the Coyotes have relied on some veteran arms to lead the way. Amongst those is ‘24 Jordan Kingston, who brings a intimidating presence to the mound, built at 6-foot-3, 205-pounds and he is currently ranked at No. 209 in our Class of 2024 rankings board. ‘24 Lee Atkinson offers a southpaw profile that Coach Cassidy certainly appreciates, along with fellow left-handed arm, ‘25 Luc Olson.
The offense for the Coyotes has shown spurts of productivity this season too. A pair of division 1 commits, ‘24 Nate Castellon and ‘24 Matthew Witkow have been expected to pace this offense while being relied on to be lockdown defenders in their respective positions, too. ‘24 Brandon Hoffman and ‘24 Will Stubington are two other senior leaders on this team that will be relied on offensively throughout the season, with Hoffman also expected to pitch in some capacity too.
Coach Thomas Cassidy’s Expectations: “We will compete by relying on our experience on the mound.”
