The top 18 prospects and a total of 31 from the PBR Draft 100 were selected on the first day of the 2016 MLB Draft, which took us through Lottery Round B. While signability really starts to come into play now with the third round start with a slot value of $813,500, there are still a host of top high school players available. Here are the top 10:
