August 19, 2020
We continue our coverage of uncommitted players, spotlighting them to help maximize their exposure and assist them in the recruiting process. Today, we look at 2021 RHP Reed Interdonato (Horizon).
2021 RHP Reed Interdonato (Horizon) attended our 2021 Top Prospect Games back in mid June where he stood out as one of the top uncommitted prospects from the entire event. He showed some mound presence in a tall lean frame, athletic body with long limbs, & some present strength at 6-foot-3 195-pounds. He threw from an athletic delivery with easy effort, showing significant upside. Pounded the strike zone in his two innings of work.. Threw from a lower slot with a short quick arm stroke. Solid two-pitch mix, commanding both pitches with good separation. FB sat 85-89mph with sinking action at 2100 rpm. Paired his FB with a SL at 69-70 mph with tight spin at 2361rpm. Strong upside pitching prospect that should be followed closely in near future.

Scouting Report
6-foot-3 195-pounds, tall body, long arm & legs, high waisted, some present strength & athleticism, looks as though he’s still maturing some. Tons of potential on the mound with easy effort. Pounded the strike zone. Threw from a lower slot with a short quick arm stroke. Good stability on the front side as he thrusts the trunk forward. Good separation in two-pitch mix. FB sat 85-89mph with sinking action at 2100rpm. Paired with a SL at 69-70 mph at 2361rpm. Strong upside as a pitching prospect that should be followed.
Strong, broad shouldered RHP at 6-foot-3, 196-pounds. The Scottsdale Firebirds product sat, 81-83, T84. CB 68-70. CH 73. Slightly crossbodied delivery, but does a great job with keeping his upper body in line. There is definitely more in the tank with Interdonato. Three pitch mix for strikes in all counts, even if the CH is more for show at this time. Competes in the strike zone consistently.
