South Alabama Games: Preview

BAY MINETTE, AL - The South Alabama Games will be held this Wednesday, July 13th at Coastal Alabama CC - South in Bay Minette, AL. Some talented prospects in the 2023-2027 class in the state of Alabama will be in attendance looking to continue to make a name for themselves at an event that has continued to bring some of the best talent that the southern part of the state has to offer.
Our staff will be using this event to select players to represent Alabama at the PBR Future Games & PBR Jr. Future Games. The Future Games is the summer's ultimate recruiting event for 2024 and 2025 uncommitted prospects. Last year's event was attended by more than 330 college coaches. This event will take place July 27th - July 30th at LakePoint in Cartersville, GA.

NOTE: Even though there is potential weather moving into the Mobile area on Wednesday, this event will happen rain or shine. If weather is not an issue, we will continue with our plan and stay at Coastal Alabama CC- South in Bay Minette, AL. If weather forces us to change plans, we will move the event to The Performance Lab at 842 B Schillinger Road S (Mobile, AL 36695), which is an indoor facility. We will keep you updated if things change via email and will post all updates on Twitter (@PBR_Alabama), as well.
SPOT ON THE LINE TO REPRESENT TEAM ALABAMA
Each uncommitted player that will be in attendance in Bay Minette, AL tomorrow will all be evaluated for a spot to represent Team Alabama at the end of month.
For prospects in the 2023 class, those uncommitted players will have a chance to be selected to play for Team Alabama at the Southeast Senior Games on July 25th at LakePoint Sports in Cartersville, GA. This event is for uncommitted rising seniors looking to play at the next level, and they will compete against other uncommitted players from Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, the Carolinas, Mississippi, Kentucky, Virginia/DC, Maryland and other states.

For prospects in the 2024 & 2025 class, those players will have a chance to be selected to play for Team Alabama at the PBR Future Games on July 27th-30th at LakePoint Sports in Cartersville, GA, the most heavily-recruited event of the year. This event is for rising uncommitted juniors & sophomores looking to play at the next level, and they will compete against other uncommitted players from all across the country.

For prospects in the 2026 & 2027 class, those players will have a chance to be selected to play for Team Alabama at the PBR Jr. Future Games on July 26th-31st at LakePoint Sports in Cartersville, GA, one of the top events of the year. This event is for rising 2026's & 2027's and they will compete against other players in their respective classes from all across the country.
