As of today can you list the first 10 pitchers either from high school or college that will go in the 2016 draft?
We’ll focus on high school prospects given the space. There is a little more than four months until the draft, which is plenty of time for things to change in a player’s stock, not to mention how signability will factor in. Here are my top 10 pitchers in the 2016 class with their rank in the PBR Draft 100:
