Last weekend, the Carolina Fall Championships took place at the USA Baseball National Training Complex in Cary, N.C., while LakePoint hosted the Upperclass Fall World Series. Here are some standouts from those events.

Brooks Brannon, C, Randleman HS, NC (2022)
Brannon has present strength in his 5-foot-11, 180-pound frame and stands out for his actions behind the dish. His pop times range from 2.09-2.23 seconds between innings and his throws are accurate. He blocks and recovers with agility and ease. Hitting from the right side, his swing is simple. He has little to no stride with a gentle weight shift back to load. He works for extension, staying flat through the zone with quick hands and feel for the barrel.
