Calgary Summer ID: Hitting Data Dive

On Wednesday, June 26th the Prep Baseball Alberta staff hosted it's only Summer ID of the year with the Calgary Summer ID at Webber Academy Athletic Park in Calgary, Alberta. This event featured 35+ players from the Calgary area within the 2024 - 2028 classes and allowed our staff an opportunity to get an up-close look at the prospects, as well as collect updates metrics and data for player profiles.
Summer ID's allow players to showcase themselves for our marquee events on the West Coast, such as the West Coast Games (October - California) and the Pacific NorthWest Games (August - Washington). These events also allow players to update their profiles amidst the busy summer schedule as players overall metrics continue to tick upwards throughout the season.
Earlier this week we began our post-event coverage within our Statistical Analysis and Pitching Data Dive articles. Today we'll conclude our post-event leaderboards within this article as we take a look at the top hitting and swing metrics, captured by TrackMan and Blast Motion, from the Calgary Summer ID.
