Alberta Breakout Report - Winter 2018/19
Welcome to the PBR Alberta Breakout Report, a section that will feature players from around the province that we think are ready to showcase their skills and an establish themselves as top Alberta prospects. In our first edition, we take a look at three players looking to breakout in 2018 and take a jump up the PBR Alberta player rankings.

Alex Martin OF / RHP / St. Joseph Catholic, AB / 2019Breakout Report: Martin was part of a strong group out of Grand Prairie, AB that had a breakout Midget AAA season in 2018 putting Lights Academy on the provincial radar. The uncommitted 2019 outfielder participated in our PBR Alberta Top Prospect Games where he showed his athleticism both in the outfield and at the plate. With another year of strength training and working on his swing with Lights Academy staff, Martin will be looking to jump up the Alberta rankings board in 2019. |
