Spencer Van Scoyoc

Athletic 2-way player for Cedar Rapids Jefferson. Top 2016 player in state. Fluctuating velocity on mound anywhere in 81-88 range depending on day. Ability to throw 2 pitches for strikes. Also very skilled as hitter. Arizona State University commit.

Kyle Crowl

6-foot-2, 175-pound infielder.  Lanky solid build. Quality gap to gap approach. Defensively shows good athleticism, feet and glove work well, and consistently makes routine plays.  Arm is above average tool touching 86 mph across infield from high ¾ slot.  Throws show carry and accuracy. University of Iowa commit.

Connor Lindaman

6-foot-5, 240-pound 2-way player. Lindaman is a physical first baseman/ middle of order bat who is committed to U. of Iowa. Ran a 7.53 60. Not a burner but runs solid-average for position and size. 90 mph exit velocity off tee. Gap to gap approach with power to oppo gap and left field line. Good feet at first base. Moves well. Handles above average plays. Throws 3 pitches for strikes. Has and will continue to add velocity. Already steadily in the mid-80’s this spring and climbing.

Brady Stover

6-foot-1, 180-pound left-handed pitcher. Projectable body and arm. Simple controlled delivery on mound. Fastball comes out of hand easy with little effort. Fastball is downhill with life showing late run for strikes. Shows ability to throw 3 pitches for strikes. Mechanics and breaking ball need to be cleaned up; but overall has high ceiling. Could be fast riser going to summer. South Dakota State U. commit.

Keaton Winn

6-foot-4, 205-pound right-handed pitcher with long legs and room to add strength. Sound delivery. Arm is clean and fast out of OT slot. Shows downhill plane on fastball. Very projectable right-handed pitcher that will continue to develop physically and will add velocity. High Follow for 2016 class. Currently un-committed.
