2/15/14 Klinchock is a 6-foot-3, 200-pound 1B that took a solid round of batting practice. The right-handed hitter showed loose hands and the ability to barrel the baseball consistently from a square stance. Klinchock displayed one of the top bat exit velocities of the day at 93 mph. He registered a 4.55 home-to-1B time and showed solid glove work around the bag at 1B with throws of 73 mph across the diamond.
11/16/23 Klinchock showed well in all facets of the game. The 6-foot-3, 200-pound two-way prospect sat 78-80 from the mound with natural cut to his fastball. The lefty commanded a 67 mph, two-plane curveball with 1/7 breaking action and a 73 mph slider with late bite. Klinchock also displayed a 73 mph changeup at near fastball arm speed. He showed capable actions around the bag at 1B with throws of 74 mph across the diamond. The right-handed hitter displayed a high hands load and good extension to his swing that created barrel whip and a bat exit velocity of 88 mph. Klinchock showcased the ability to use all fields and some gap power potential.
