8/10/14 Parente showcased a short swing path and the ability to stay inside the baseball during a solid round of batting practice. The 6-foot, 185-pound left-handed hitter registered an 82 mph bat exit velocity and went 1-for-3 with a single and an RBI in game action on day one. The uncommitted senior has shown the ability to be a quality defender at both corner infield positions with a soft glove hand and good feet. Parente displayed the ability to play through the baseball with an accurate 76 mph arm from third base.

7/8/14 Parente is a 6-foot, 185-pound uncommitted senior that has worked hard defensively to improve mobility and fluidity. He displayed to play the baseball on the move and made throws from several arm angles with a 74 mph arm across the diamond. The left-handed hitter barreled baseball after baseball during his round of batting practice showing the ability to drive both gaps with regularity. Parente showcased a bat exit velocity of 85 mph and loose hands that allow him to stay inside the baseball and help him to create barrel whip.

6/18/14 Parente is a 6-foot, 185-pound uncommitted senior that appears to be equally comfortable at either corner infield position. Parente is fluid at 3B and demonstrated solid footwork with the ability to make throws from several arm angles at 74 mph across the diamond. The left-handed hitter shows excellent rhythm to his swing with very loose hands and an ability to drive baseballs to all fields. He went 1-for-3 in game action in the only game he attended during the event, driving an opposite field double. Parente also barreled the baseball in his other two at bats on the day.

5/30/14 Parente went 1-for-2 with a walk, again showing his ability to stay inside the baseball and use the opposite field. The 6-foot, 185-pound junior made several solid plays defensively including fielding a bunt on the move and throwing across his body for the out with good body control.

5/6/14 Parente flashed solid range and a strong arm across the diamond. His feet work well and he displayed the ability to make plays on the move. Parente has some looseness to his left-handed swing and his hands work well.

2/15/14 Parente displayed a power swing from the left side of the plate with good balance throughout his swing. The 6-foot, 185-pound junior consistently drove the baseball to all fields with a bat exit velocity of 83 mph. Parente showed good feet, a soft glove hand and accurate throws of 77 mph across the diamond from 3B. He registered a solid 4.18 home-to-1B time from the left hand batter's box.

7/30/13 Parente hits out of a square stance and creates an 85 mph bat exit velocity with good rhythm to his swing and a solid lower half. The 6-foot, 185-pound left-handed hitter took one of the best rounds of batting practice at the event. Parente showed the ability to barrel the baseball consistently and the ball jumped off his bat when he did.

6/18/13 Parente displayed an all-around skill set that makes him a follow in this class. The left-handed hitter ran a 7.49 60-yard dash and showed a bat exit velocity of 87 mph. The 6-foot, 185-pound infielder showcased a square stance, good hip turn and hands that work well in a solid round of batting practice. Parente showed fluid actions at 3B and developing arm strength on throws of 74 mph across the diamond.
