6/13/17 - Poorman is a 5-foot-9 195-pound right-handed hitting third baseman in Missouri’s 2019 class.  He ran a 8.04 laser timed 60 and a 5.03 home to first.  He has an 89 mph exit velo. At the plate, simple and repeatable swing, no wasted movement, balanced stance, in line stride, strong lower half, level path, pull side power.  On the infield, 79 mph positional velo, high three quarters arm slot, long arm circle, quick to the ball, clean transfer, accurate throws. Singled to left field in game action, solid contact in three at-bats.

6/14/16 - Poorman is a 5-foot-9 187-pound right-handed hitting third baseman in Missouri’s 2019 class.  He ran a 7.72 60 and a 5.09 home-to-first.  He has an 85 mph exit velo. At the plate, balanced stance, short in line stride, strong and aggressive hands, gap-to-gap approach, repeats swing.  On the infield, 77 mph positional velo, over the top release, quick to the ball, quick catch and throw, fluid actions, accurate throws with carry.

1/31/16 - Poorman is a 5-foot-9 192-pound right-handed pitcher and right-handed hitting third baseman in Missouri’s 2019 class from St. Francis County HS.  Poorman has a strong build, starts wind-up hands over the head, loose and quick arm action, tuck at balance point, in line stride, throws with some effort,  fastball at 76-79 mph, slight 12-to-6 action on curveball, 67-68 mph, throws change up down in zone at 63-65 mph. At the plate, starts in a tall set up, short inline stride, line drives to mostly middle of the field.  On the infield, 77 mph positional velo, over the top release, quick catch and throw, fluid footwork, mostly accurate throws.
