8-8-2018: 6’1, 230 pounds. Stocky build with a physically developed frame. Full arm swing with some hesitation after hand break. Low release point. Repeatable delivery with good direction. FB topped at 89 and sat 87-88. Missed all of 2017 due to injury so it’s possible he could still be getting back to form. Breaking ball has more of a slider shape to it at 82-84. Sharp bite but at times it was too similar to the FB and didn’t get hitters off balance. Has the ability to miss some bats out of the pen. (D Jurik)
