Nicholls State recruit, currently ranked No. 27 in Louisiana’s 2017 class. Simon has been a staple at the top of the Destrehan lineup. Quality athlete that runs well, fluid athlete. A presence in centerfield that tracks balls down naturally, providing well above high school average, defensively. Right-handed hitter with fluid rhythm, barrel awareness, makes consistent hard contact, and shows quality bat speed.
