1/12/14 - Athletic 6-foot-2, 185-pound left-handed hitting outfielder with plenty of more room to develop. Highly athletic; ran a 6.78 60 and moves with fluidity and purpose in the outfield. Shows true outfield actions; fields ball with rhythm, clean, quick exchange, 83 mph with accuracy. Registered 91 mph exit velocity. Balanced offensive approach, short stride, bat speed present, level line-drive swing with opposite-field approach. On the mound, left-handed pitcher, sits 80-82 mph with arm-side run. Secondary stuff – curveball and changeup – need refinement.
6.13.13 - The 6-foot-2, 190-pound two-way player hits and throws from the left side. Holden showed some footwork defensively in the outfield, 7.07 runner in the 60, and threw 80 mph from the outfield.  At the plate, he sets up in a slightly closed stance with a short stride.  He has pull tendencies and recorded an 83 mph exit velocity.  On the mound, Holden throws from a ¾ arm slot.  His fastball sat 77-78 mph; curveball was 59-62 mph with 11/5 action; and changeup ranged 66-69 mph with occasional sink. 

10/7/12 - Holden is an athletic left handed pitcher standing 6-foot-2, 180-pounds. Holden throws from a ¾ arm slot out of a repeatable delivery that finished in a balanced position. His fastball sat between 79-80 mph showcasing the ability to command the zone with some late cut action. His breaking ball was 62-65 mph featuring sweeping action in the zone. He showed the ability to throw it for strikes with good arm speed. Holden also showed a change up that demonstrated some cutting action at 66-69 mph.
6/14/12 Holden is an athletically built 6-foot-2, 180-pound outfielder with a projectable frame. Holden took concise routes in the outfield and fielded the ball in rhythm as he delivered accurate throws (79 mph). Offensively, Holden has a loose left-handed swing, taking an economical approach to the baseball and maintaining balance throughout. Additionally, Holden showed off his athleticism by running a 7.12 60.
1/22/12 Holden is a 6-foot-1, 170-pound two-way player who impressed in every aspect with his athleticism and natural abilities.  On the mound, the left-hander has a solid frame and commands three pitches for strikes down in the zone.  He works from a high 3/4 arm slot and demonstrated his ability to throw a 78 mph fastball with run and sink, a sharp-breaking curveball that has some bite, and a 70 mph changeup.  Defensively, Holden moves well in the outfield and showed an accurate arm (80 mph) with life.  At the plate, Holden has a loose, mechanically sound left-handed swing. He is short and quick to the baseball, and demonstrated excellent rhythm and balance throughout. Holden continued to impress by running a 7.07 60.
