The Prep Baseball Tennessee Staff hosted 10 Scout Days throughout the fall across different parts of the state. As we look back over the course of the fall, we have decided to break down our scout days into different statistical leaderboards by grad class.

In today's Data Dive we are going to break down each statistical category from all 2024 prospects who attended a Prep Baseball Tennessee Scout Day this fall.

EXIT VELOCITY (AVG.)

Exit Velocity: This metric measures the speed of the ball, measured in miles per hour, as it comes off the bat at the moment of contact.

BATTED BALL DISTANCE (MAX)

SWEET SPOT%

Sweet Spot percentage: This metric is determined by how often the player produces a batted ball during the session with a launch angle between 8 to 32 degrees.
