6/30/21

Positional Profile: LHP/OF
Body: 6-3, 180-pounds. Big, physical frame. Wide shoulders
Defense: Athletic, moves well. Longer release actions. Present arm strength with some carry on throws.
Arm: L. OF - 85 mph.
Hit: LHH. Back side loaded, squat setup. Even, balanced stride. Slightly open landing. Level, efficient path. Consistent hard contact, power potential.
Power: 94 mph exit velocity from the tee.
Run: 6.7 runner in the 60.

Delivery: Slight rocker, leg swing to medium leg lift. Good direction down mound to open foot landing. Rhythm throughout.
Arm Action: L. Low separation to straight drop. Tight elbow spiral into OTT slot.
FB: T80, 77-79 mph., Mostly straight
CB: 68-69 mph., 12/6 shape with some jump out of hand

Body: 6-foot-3, 180-pounds. - Athletic frame
Defense: Good feet and transition into throw. Average glove to field
Arm: Left. OF - 85 mph. Good carry and accuracy
Hit: Left. Open stance, quick load. Level swing plane. Gap to gap approach with consistent line drive contact. Average barrel pop.
Power: 89 mph exit velocity from the tee.
Run: 7.00 runner in the 60.

Delivery: Small side step, athletic with good balance.
Arm Action: Left. Stiffer, ¾ slot
FB: T84, 82-84 mph. Varying, occasional downhill tilt
SL: 71-74 mph. Short late 1/7 break
CH: 70-74 mph. Late fade

6/18/20

6-foot-3, 180 pounds; left/left prospect with premium present athleticism attached to all facets of his game, physical/lean build. The leadoff hitter for P2P Millers (Boxwell) all tournament, Altmann exits the event as one of the most intriguing prospects in attendance. Swings a loose, aggressive left-handed bat with fast bat speed and athletic hands. He’s quick out of the box and exceptional on the basepaths, eager to take the next base at any given opportunity. Spent all of his time on defense in center field and took some advanced routes and his advanced foot speed showed very well as he roamed both gaps.

Position: LHP/OF
Body: 6-foot-3, 180-pound lean frame
Hit: Began in an open stance with a quick load, then used a small leg kick before his swing. Above average bat speed. High finish, simple swing.
Power: 88 mph exit velocity. Pull side approach.
Defense: Outfield, Consistent hands, average footwork, clean exchange. Athletic.
Arm: 83 mph Outfield velocity. Short arm action, ¾ slot, consistent accuracy.
Speed: 6.96
