Scouting Report: Wiry athletic frame at 6'0" 155, so room to add strength. Looks the part in the outfield with good footwork and a clean arm action, touching 74 on the throw. Turns hips well on balls hit behind him. He ran a 7.22/60 as well. Consistent stroke at the plate, transfers and keeps weight on the back leg through the swing. Utilizes a toe tap timing mechanism. Upward bat path and advantageous spine angle allows for good contact to all fields. With a good movement foundation there and room to add strength, Bell can be a productive player at the next level.
