Scouting Report
The 6'2'' RHP out of Houston was a big winner during the Texas State Games. His fastball topped out at 86.3, consistently being in the 2300's with the spin. He has a shorter arm action allowing him to repeat his path well, and some added deception. He showed feel for a slider that he threw in the low 70's, throwing it for strikes. He flashed a Change Up as well. Jones has a projectable frame that should allow him to continue to get stronger and see the velocity wise.
