Scouting Report
Physical: 6-foot-4, 207-pounds. Tall, long, athletic build.
Pitching Delivery: Controlled pace, gets into strong back side as strides out in line to an easy effort, repeatable delivery.
Arm Action: Long, Loose arm action with a 3/4 release.
FB: T85, 83-85 MPH. Commands with ride into the zone.
CB: 66-68 MPH. Late, sharp break with 11-5 shape.
CH: 74-77 MPH. Good hand speed with arm side run.
The 2021 right handed pitcher has a projectable frame with 6-foot-4, 200 pounds. Wieczorek was impressive during live game action at the 2019 Top Prospect Games. The 2021 graduate worked with a three pitch mix. FB is heavy and peaked at 82 MPH. CB has sharp late break and ranged from 64-66 MPH. The 2021 graduate is a must follow.
