Right hand swing producing an exit velocity of 80 mph, balanced and wide stance, with quick hands allowing barrel to meet the board quickly through the zone. IF work shoes fundamental skills with a clean arm and clean footwork and an arm of 78 mph.

An athletic, 6-foot, 155-pound body that will enhance dramatically with additional strength. He starts his swing with hands hight and back, a short leg kick and sway of his weight. At foot strike his hands take a slow swing up to the ball, and he gets good extension out front. Hoech’s actions in the field are fundamentally sound, he makes the routine plays cleanly and with accurate throws.
